CLUB PROJECT - “ONE DAY IN THE LIFE”

Chairpeople:  Bill Smith, Ella Schreiber, Dick Karlin

We are looking for normal pictures of people doing their regular activities in their location.

There is a sign-up board in the Photo Lab during the week.  It will be brought to the Friday meetings through mid February.  Pictures should be taken in February and submitted by March 1.

The board shows all the possibilities – clubs/activities/etc.  You put your name next to the activity or activities that interest you.  You would make contact with someone in that club to arrange for a good time to go in and photograph their particular activity.  Take as many photos as you can – go home – select up to 10 – put them on a disc – drop it in the box labeled “One Day in the Life” that will be located in the lab. Do not “fancy up” your photos in PhotoShop or other program.  Your pictures are not going to be judged. They will become part of a large program.  You should include a note that identifies where the pictures were taken, when, and by whom.

Very Important!  If you are photographing someone who would be identifiable in your picture, you need to have them sign a photo release so that we may use it in the final production.  Click Here to obtain the release.  Print out several and take them with you on your photo shoot.

Be sure to wear your club name badge so you look official.  Do not interfere with the activity you are photographing.  Do be courteous and respectful of your subjects.

If you have any questions, please contact the chairpeople.

OK – GET OUT THERE AND PARTICIPATE IN THIS FUN CLUB ACTIVITY!
