Check your passport -- it must be valid for six months after a trip.  It’s easy to renew.  You fill out your info on line, print the form, attach your photos, and mail it all in with a check.
Hint:  do not mail 2 renewal forms together -- it is recommended that you do them separately to avoid any problems.
