1/14 WINTERFEST PHOTOS
By Clif Robinson
Please enjoy some of the many photos taken during our festive evening at the Palmbrook Country Club in Sun City.

Members found their name tags and proceeded into the dining room. Little folding cards with chickens or cows were included to assist the servers with our dinner choices. Many thanks to Bernie for her artistic touches!
Hand in hand they came through the door.
Fran was busy selling the “Share the Wealth” tickets (like a 50/50 but with a twist). It ended up that 7 people received $25 each!
Ellie and Beth sold raffle ticket for the many donated or purchased items. Sales were brisk and they were busy!
So many great raffle items.
A big thanks to:
Ellie Rosen
Sherm Katz
Bill Smith
Lois Doty
Jean Gronowick
for donating their beautiful creations
George Hammes and his keyboard provided fabulous music for our listening and dancing pleasure before and during dinner.
How about that vest?
And did you see his socks?
A little noshing before dinner
Quite a nice crowd of 154 members and guests
Gerry Rosen, our 2012 President, gave a welcome to everyone.
Barb Janaskie, Winterfest Chairperson, reviewed some 2011 club facts before dinner. She acknowledged the 2011 Board and thanked the many members who volunteer their time to serve the club.
Palmbrook offered a lovely setting overlooking the golf course.
Awaiting our dinner of either Chicken Marsala or Yankee Pot Roast.
Lance gets the projector set for Harald Johnsen’s presentation. This was quite a production that included narration, videos, stills, and beautiful music.
Barbara had so many people to thank for helping to make this event a huge success:
